"yes, but the staff is not friendly"

"The staff were good about accommodating my special requests. Housekeeping service was spectacular. Room and hotel were clean. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly. However, it was not a perfect stay and I'm tempted to take a star off. The hotel did not respond to my Expedia message. I also asked for a hand towel, and the response was because i'm in a single standard I only get one towel. This was not a welcoming gesture. An extra towel is such a small thing to make a customer happy. Fortunately they gave it to me without issue. I also didn't receive water on one day, and when I asked for it I was questioned. Again, one small bottle of water is a small thing to make a client happy. But despite these, it was a very enjoyable stay. "

"Big hotel with great garden and pool right on the beach. Lovely place to relax. Great gym. Nice cafes just next door if you want to get away from hotel food. "

"Beaches too far. Loads of restaurants opposite the hotel plus two malls in waking distances "

"Everything was great, stuff very good, polite and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was super tasty, Monir was very helpful during breakfast. We will definitely come back and i just hope they renovate bathrooms in the rooms as it is not very practical, especially if you are coming with a family. "

"Lovely hotel, clean spacious room, super friendly staff, loved breakfast buffet. Awesome gym, love the pool. Only cons are food and drink prices are steep and it's not very "walk friendly" to venture out locally, but everything else was fantastic."
