ideal hotel to travel on business or for leisure... very new building, comfortable and quiet, good AC operations, and 3 onsite food places. the sole trouble was the operation of the elevators, which were locked by floor and with hardly visible control panel. central location near the airport and shops.

The stay was simply fantastic. It was my second time at this hotel, and this time I was traveling alone. Although I arrived early, I was able to check into my room ahead of time and even received an upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I felt comfortable from the very beginning. The rooms, as well as the hotel overall, are beautiful and very well maintained. The highlight is, of course, the rooftop pool — absolutely amazing.

A clean new property, very close to the airport. We booked a room for 3, with a sofa bed for our daughter. We arrived after a late flight and it was unfortunate that the bed was not prepared. It took a long time for someone to come and do it, and we all wanted to get to sleep. Would have been quicker to just give us the bed pack and let us do it ourselves. Also a pity that they had run out of duvets so had to use a sheet instead. Room was big, bright and fresh. Roof top pool was very nice.

I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was nicely spacious with strong, cool AC and plenty of modern gadgets throughout — this is a very new, very modern property and it shows. The staff deserve a particular mention. Incredibly friendly and accommodating — they kindly offered me a very late checkout given the hotel was quiet due to the current regional situation, and knowing I had a late flight. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a real difference, and I’m genuinely grateful. The facilities look impressive: there’s a spa and a rooftop pool, though I didn’t get to use them on this visit. The food is also worth highlighting — really good, even though I only experienced it through room service rather than dining in the restaurant. Location-wise, it’s in a commercial district rather than a scenic or tourist-friendly area, so it’s not one for a leisure holiday. But in terms of value for money, quality of the room, and standard of service, it punches well above its weight. Highly recommended.

Mediocre with moments of success

Mediocre service: we were met by a male receptionist who didn’t even bother to make an effort not register our card on our room, which meant that every time we would order anything - we would get chased around with a credit card machine. Made no sense. Hotel is really run down with cheap interiors and rooms and interiors are kind of like a 3 star Best Western close to any European airport built 20 years ago and not renovated since then. Breakfast however was some of the best we have had at any hotel in Oman and all the female staff at reception were kind, smiling and attentive.
