"What a gem of a place just off campo de fiori square. Something really special for a romantic break. We had a top floor room with a balcony and a gorgeous view."

"Staff was very friendly, and accommodation was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. This is a very small hotel with 4 or 5 rooms in a building with residential apartments in a quiet neighbourhood. If you are looking for clean, quiet and friendly accommodation this is a good option. It worked well for us."

Beautiful boutique hotel - such a gem of a find in central Rome. The staff were so delightful and could not help us enough with everything. Would recommend very highly.

From the minute we arrived to the moment we left this hotel was amazing, the staff were really friendly and great information , Marco the Barman with his amazing knowledge of cocktails. Real cosy hotel with only 48 rooms, great location around 15 minutes to Parthenon and 20 minute walk to the coliseum. When we return to Rome we will be returning

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Walking distance between Vatican and Rome centre so it was perfect. Lots of places to eat and the street markets were also around the corner. Loved the buffet breakfast and our triple room was very spacious.

I enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel very much. The location is great, the staff are excellent and the room I had (a superior room) was very comfortable and had the standard suite of amenities required. The breakfast, which I purchased with the room, was very well done. It's a fancy sort of place
and treats guest well. I definitely recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay at the St Regis Rome. The room was large and well furnished, with a splendid view. The staff were friendly and dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is also situated in a prime location. No complaints at all!

This is a very stylish hotel in the Ghetto part of the Centro Storico in Rome. As it is next to the Synagogue and the Jewish schools security is very tight and taxis etc have to drop you off outside the security cordon about 100m from the hotel. Very well located for walking to sights in the Centro Storico such as the Pantheon, but also a 10-15 minute walk to the Captilone Hill and the Forum. The breakfasts are wonderful. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Massimo.

Check in was a fantastic experience, where we sat in the lobby, drank prosecco and let the fantastic staff take care of everything. In particular they asked us what we were planning to do and explained how the ticketing and queueing at all the places we wanted to visit worked. They then arranged the purchase of tickets for the Colosseum and Vatican for us which meant that we were able to avoid the long, long, long queues. That meant that we were able to make the most of our short stay. They...

had a lovely relaxing time whilst staying at the Torre Argentina Relais, great location with a lovely view as you exit the building, the downstairs lobby as you enter the building isn't the best and could do with being freshened up a little, but as you get out the lift on the 3rd floor and enter the reception area it is beautifully decorated and makes it very welcoming, the big brown sofa is a great place to sit and have a nice glass of prosecco and Italian nibbles after lots of walking around...

We were very lucky to get a room in this hotel at the last minute. Having experienced a problem with my original booking at another hotel, it put our visit to Rome back on track. On arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff who checked me in swiftly and set me up with a complimentary tiramisu and ice cold water.
The Superior Room we had was opposite the main Hotel, and was very beautiful, with a fabulous shower and lovely bed and bedding.

The attentiveness of Marco, the proprietor of the Suites Trastevere, prior to our arrival, was a sign of the excellent service we were going to get.
Despite our late arrival, Irene greeted us with a smile and and a well needed cold drink! There is nothing I can say to fault the experience we had. Our room was spacious, clean and adequately furnished. The communal breakfast table was great as you were able to speak to other travellers and share stories. Access to the kitchen 24 7 meant it didn't...

Great modern feel Hotel, 10-12 minute walk to the Colesseum. The restaurant on the roof is very good and the views are amazing. Taxi costs around 7-8 euros to get to Piazza Novona, a great place to sit, eat and people watch in the evening. Follow the crowds later to the Patheon then onto the wonderful Trevi Fountain while eating gelato. I will be staying there again.

This was our second year at Villa Duse. We were not disappointed, receiving the same level of attention from the highly attentive and welcoming staff. We cannot commend them enough not least for their consistency. The hotel offers a great location located in a quiet residential area, with exellent local restaurants and the Villa Borghese within easy walking distance. This is not for those who want a city centre stay, but the hotel is highly recommended to those who seek a relaxing and quiet...

I cannot recommend this hotel any more highly. It is so well located for the main attractions in Rome - 15 min from the Vatican, 5 mins from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon etc. It is a fantastic base for walking all over the city
The hotel itself is steeped in history (it is a converted monastery) The decor is beautiful, sumptuous and chic. I found the dining area to be very decadent - a lovely space to eat in. It was simply gorgeous for a romantic break in this amazing city.
