Very friendly staff, amazing service and one of the best hotels in India we have stayed at. First time to India with 2 little children and a baby and we had no problems at all. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

An exceptional stay and a truly memorable experience at Hotel Sbtel, Delhi! The hotel offers an excellent blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. The rooms were impeccably clean, fresh, and hygienic, ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread was delightful, with an impressive variety of options, while dinner at Loya was equally enjoyable. What truly sets the experience apart is the staff, whose warmth, courtesy, and genuine eagerness to go above and beyond make every guest feel...

Great experience.

I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. We didn’t have very long in this hotel but we’re able to use the pool and one of the restaurant. Service was excellent, the property was impressive and the hotel was clean, the food was delicious.

Hotel staff greeted us nicely , rooms nice & tidy, next to hockey stadium. Easy for transport & close to main attractions

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable. Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Delhi. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

Top notch customer care, cleanliness, Well organised setting, good sanitary facilities, safety, etc

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. Remarkable service all round & quick mention to Kushi on the front desk. (#apple 27/05)
