"I enjoyed the time there with my 2 daughters as this vacation was well needed after working halfway through nursing school. It was clean, affortable, and entertaining. The pool had a vibe that welcomed everyone, adults, children, couples, etc. The decor, which gave a colorful Cuban feel- provided an a authentic atmosphere and fun energy.We were never bored, even days we decided to stay mainly on the resort, we were always enjoying our time, wether we swam, played the games, my 5 yr old loved the hammocks and the wooden swings...there was always something to do, but in a relaxing enviroment. We loved the music poolside. The shuttle service was exceptioanl, made opting out of a rental car extremely helpful to my budget with still having options to see the island every day with 1/2 hour pick ups until 1030pm. The only downfall was the pool staff didnt always have the friendlest of ways, really didnt seem to euthusiuiastic about their jobs, but I also took to notice that they were working very long hours so I did take that into consideration, I woujld also like to express that I wasnt too happy that every meal and beverage was extremely costly (within my budget anyway) maybe in the futute I suggest a small complimentary breaksfast even if it is coffee, bagels, cereal...etc. Other than that, it was a fantastic week spent, my daughters are sad we are home now, as I am as well...lol but will absolutley recommend this resort and we will be going back!"

"Very nice for the price. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Decent location away from town and crowd, but the shuttle service to the tourist area is great! They have two 15 passenger, air conditioned vans that leave and pickup on time as scheduled on a first come first serviced basis, so you may have to pack a little patience. 15 min free drive to the action! Wish I could remember our drivers name - polite! I would have preferred the pool was a little cooler. Felt like I got into a luke warm bath. The food and drinks were good. Convenient to local neighborhood shopping (grocery, pharmacy, clothing, medicsl, etc.) Safe. Quiet. Clean. Room was nice, good size, and updated. Ample covered parking. No complaints!"
