Very nice and spacious room. Nicely decorated and clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is a real gem. The staff were wonderful and could not be more hopeful. Would certainly recommend Hotel Moresco to anyone wanting to visit Venice and it was so conveniently located for all the sights.

Loved staying at this hotel, which was only a 10min walk from the airport waterbus and similar to the main sites. Very friendly reception staff who showed the main sites and some useful places for food. The room was really quiet as it was facing the inside (room 7). Amenities provided were fine and bottled water was offered all the time. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. It would have been difficult to find had I not watched the Limelight Arts Travel Hotel Codega video on YouTube. It gives excellent directions from the Rialto Alilaguna stop.

We shared we were going to arrive at 1am and Anna provided details of how to enter, room number, WiFi... There are taxis to the local station at the cost of €25. Back to the accommodation, the room was large with a jacuzzi and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing, fresh cooked to order and filling. The credit goes to the hard working staff especially Ilaria, Clarissa and of course Anna. Don't tell anyone but this place is AMAZING.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything we needed. Our room was spacious, warm, and very cozy, beds were so comfortable, making it a pleasure to relax in. Very good property on the banks of one of the canals. Easy to get to from the airport (via water taxi). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Inclusive breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Great location to walk around Venice and get to the train station to leave.

We stayed for 6 nights and found this hotel just perfect for our needs. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and cheerful as well as helpful and efficient. I would especially mention the lovely lady who oversaw the breakfast room each morning - always smiling and welcoming. Our room was tastefully furnished with a good sized bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities - unusual in Italy I think but very welcome. Villa Franceschi is absolutely beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food and cocktails. Very friendly to dogs. The rooms have been recently renovated and are absolutely stunning. Park around the property is wonderful. This property stole our hearts.

An amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff could not be more accommodating and we truly felt the 5 star experience here. Sadly, on our anniversary we were not able to stay in our room during the day as they had routine electrical maintenance which meant we could not use any water or power until 4.30pm, which would have been nice to know about before we travelled and before requesting breakfast in our room. But we understand this could not be helped.

Amazing hotel! This place really deserves 5 stars! The staff is on point with their service, super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. Just returned back yesterday and we are extremely pleased with our Staycity apartment, we were one of the first guests to arrive as hotel officially opened a day before our arrival. We had a one bed room apartment and everything provided was of good standard. The self catering kitchen was well equipped, in addition the apartment had good size LCD TV with builtin Netflix, iron with ironing board, hair dryer and a locker. The shower was excellent and found no problems at all with hot water, AC etc...

Had a really lovely stay at this hotel - we were wanting to visit Venice, so stayed here and got the train in every day from Venice Mestre Station. The hotel couldn’t be closer to the station if it tried - fantastic location in that sense. The actual hotel is very clean and modern. Lovely sized clean rooms with fridge, safe and fab shower. A lovely cosy hotel which is about a 30 second walk to San Marcos square. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast perfect for that get up and go and the staff always keen to help
