"Elevator was broke and a loooong line for the one that was working. Trash in parking garage was overflowing, trash sitting around the trash can."

"The basketball court was an amazing way to get the kids to be active and burn energy. Pool area was fine needs updated. Arcade was a cool idea but was too cold to stay in after the pool. Room was average. Pillows were nice with options for soft and firm. Cleanliness could’ve been better but overall enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again. "
