"The room size was excellent however it looked like the carpet had not been hoovered and the waste paper bin was full from the previous occupants. The following day we returned to the room to find it had not been cleaned. I contacted reception who informed me that this was a Green Hotel and the rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. I told them about the bin and the carpet and was asked if I wanted them to come and deal with them immediately. As we were getting ready to go out again I said it could wait until the following morning. Disappointingly the room was not cleaned during our whole stay of 4 nights. I can only presume the *ŵ"

"A few things - the place is controlled via iPads and tech there isn’t a phone or room service or anything to connect with the staff. Elevators are all controlled through key pads and you have to check yourself in and do all the work to get your keycard working. While the staff are helpful and friendly it seems that iPads run the show. There was an issue with the wifi and therefore temperature control etc in the room as you can’t change it without an iPad or wifi. The showers are separate from the toilets and not ideal. It’s ok to experience this kind of hotel but would not stay again. "

"Generally very good stay. Initially we were not totally impressed with the room allocated: the 'canal view' was more petrol station view and the bathroom was tired. Fortunately, another room was available with a better view and a much better bathroom. Small issue with allergen advice at breakfast with staff needing a little more awareness and understanding of the severity of not giving the correct information the first time; all resolved in the end. "
