"Location is great if wanting to stay close to airport (10-15 drive out south airport entrance), yet outside of the B-line (528) and major traffic. The atmosphere is great, they have access to nice walking paths that take you by Box park or further into Lake Nona area. They have an amazing health club that is 10x what a normal hotel workout gym would have in the Lake Nona Performance Club, which is a 2-min walk from hotel. Their staff is excellent, extremely friendly, and helpful. The rooms are well appointed with technology focus. Plenty of power access for laptops and mobile devices. Only thing that wasn't great was the Well-Tech room with the Bryte bed option. We have never liked the adjustable pressure mattresses and this was no real exception. It was difficult to get the room completely dark with all of the backlit buttons that operate the shades and lights. These buttons are bright and appear to stay lit all night (desk rep I called said they didn't turn off), especially on both sides of the beds. I had to use outside the box thinking to cover them. Large self-sticky note pads (4"x4") would work well to cover their light. All in all, we'd stay there again, assuming we can resolve the light issues. Everyone was super friendly, there's a Starbucks w/in 5 min walk of the place. It's super quiet during non-peak times and the pool (with reservable cabanas) and cafe attached are very nice. You can even rent rooms and pool area from 9-5pm for a daycation!"

"First night, our room was given to another family after we checked in. Found the family outside of my room & my key inactive. Our first full day, we rented a cabana and the fan sagged so low you couldn’t use it. One of teenagers got a nonalcoholic drink from the bar and found a hair in it, when returned, they made her another drink and charged full price. The bartender said “hair is free, $4 please”. The same day, the fire alarm went off around 6 pm and could not be disabled until 10pm. My family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and we had to ask for new towels, we were told that we wouldn’t get them. Explained that we needed them since there was so many of us staying so many days. Got those exchanged. House keeping never came to our room, no cleaning supplies in the room. The park is outdated and the hours of the water park varied. Our key to the room stopped working multiple times. The only reason why we stayed was the park was decent enough for the kids to play. I was seriously disappointed as a mother."

"It was a good price and location had restaurants and not in the middle of Orlando traffic. Only thing you will miss it. My GPS confused me so much, but I eventually found it. I also had a room that was apparently near one of the outside lights, so it was too much light coming through my blinds but wasn't too bad. It was worth what I paid. Oh yeah, I liked the nice size refrigerator, no stove, but microwave."

"The location was perfect for us as my husband had surgery at HCA. Osceola Hospital. House is in a quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants. We did takeout and ate in the dining room. After dinner we sat on the wrap around porch and has a glass of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Tom Kapp made me breakfast the next morning and sat and had breakfast with me and visited. A short but lovely experience."
