"Me and my mum had a wonderful stay, took here here as she was exhausted.. and she came back feeling refreshed! Facilities were brilliant, and all the staff were helpful. Receptionist staff were very friendly also, was a nice atmosphere"

"Fabulous room, hotel location and staff!! We had some lift issues only one in 4 were working but the guy who was helping was such a great guy and super friendly dispite the amount of greif he got bless him!!"

A great indoor shopping centre, and if you are interested in music, there’s a tribute sculpture to the memory of Led Zeppelin’s John Bonham who came from Redditch.

Finding a way to and from the hotel was a nightmare. Too many roundabouts, flyovers, one ways and not enough signage information. Otherwise seems a quiet pleasant town and I would go again.
