"Great hotel, perfect location. Loved everything about it, front desk staff was wonderful."

"Only negative comments are the rooms feel warehouse-y and are very echoey. You can clearly hear people in the hallway. And at some point the elevator carpet smelled like feet. Not sure if I just got used to it or if they cleaned it during my stay. Besides those things it was a fine stay. A little overpriced ($140 for a Sunday night) imo."

"The staff was nice. The room did not look like what was on the site. The chair in the room was torn and looked like something found outside. The paint on the wall by the bed was chipped off. There was dust around the case under the TV. The bedding appeared to be clean but I did feel a little skeptical sleeping there. The room looked like it should have been price around $49 not the $122."

"Breakfast on our first morning was very limited. Some of the hot items were cold and the oatmeal was thicker than usual. There were no bagels available that day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, our room was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, probably due to wear and tear! This is our 3rd time at this hotel, and more than likely, won't be our last! Thanks to the entire team. "

"The breakfast today was missing fruits, waffle batter, yogurt. Disappointed in Hampton White Plains/Tarrytown by Hilton. Also, used the gym and they had a clean towel with dried up stains( looked like blood). Have to be above average when it comes to a Hilton Franchise."
