Caesar -check in - very sweet, very helpful, made us feel very welcomed right away. Along with Jose Miguel main boss at check in whom both were very accommodating with an upgraded room per our request. Butler shadai - extremely nice , updated us daily with the Resort schedule. Made us feel as though we were already friends. Requested for a birthday shout out for my partner during our Expedia event and he executed with not much notice. Italian restaurant : everyone we met there for staff was amazing . They know your face and greet you with a big smile daily. Felt very welcoming especially: Elija ,Younior manager, Jonathan,Desterlin hostess at the Italian smiles always. Nelson who was our waiter while lounging on the beach daily was amazing and always replacing our drinks when they weren’t even empty . l’essence restaurant : unbelievable food, everything we ordered was exceptional , wish it was easier there to make reservations there multiple days a week; but it was very popular and understood. Miguel Sheperal was one of the best chef’s; we personally requested for him to come out to greet him and compliment the beautiful cuisine and plate presentation for each course . Jose Miguel and David were our waiters, they were very tentative and recommended our dinner choices including the amazing cannoli dessert to finish off the amazing night. Enita insanely amazing cleaning lady who takes her honest time and effort to make our rooms sparkling clean. GoMajestic was great! Thank you

This was our first family vacation [and first for our son] and it was such a first class experience. Expectations were high based on the reviews we saw as well as the resort photos and they surpassed those expectations easily. The resort was beautiful, the beach was gorgeous, the dining options were diverse and very tasty [we even got to taste some Dominican dishes] but the highlight has to be the staff. Personified ultimate customer service, the staff was always friendly, professional, and approachable. Even if with our son [who was practicing his Spanish], they were engaging and made him feel less like a customer but more of a friend. Too many people to highlight but Wilber was a definite superstar. Assigned to us as our butler, he was always friendly and he would find us throughout our stay and have some friendly conversation. He helped us with reservations and went above and beyond to take care of us [whether securing a bed or getting a blanket for our son when the AC was going strong in our room]. He made checkout a breeze and even was there to say a final goodbye to us. He's one of the main reasons we are definitely considering coming back to this resort. From the nightly entertainment to the daily activities to the well designed layout to the elegant look and feel of the premises, this is a top choice resort with superior features with its staff the best part of the experience!

Excellent right next to the beach. My host Alexander was awesome. Very friendly staff. Sports Bar open 24/7. Plenty of food options The silent disco was so much fun.Next trip to the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴. I plan on staying here again.

We loved everything! From the customer service to the rooms and the FOOD was extremely GOOD! The vibe was super positive and every employee even the guests had the same energy and positive vibe. The front desk staff was extremely efficient and super nice! Venancia was very helpful, professional and nice! Our butler Alexander was so nice and lovely! He was very attentive and helpful throughout our whole stay.

It was our 3rd visit , needless to say we love this property and feel quite at home . Our butter Lelus made sure all our needs were met . Noemi took care of us and remembered us from previous visits , every member of their staff exceeded our expectations . One bump on the road was a couple unpleasant encounters with a group of youngsters interrupting our quiet leisure time for more than one occasion , however management took extra precautions to take control of the situation . Overall birthday vacation was perfect .

We just got home 2 days ago and I can't wait to go back! The staff were amazing, the beach was beautiful, the food was great (loved the buffet and the steakhouse), and it was just what we needed - relaxing with lots of sun. The resort looks big but it's all conveniently laid out. It was my first time at a resort with a butler. Wilbur was so helpful and attentive. He checked in daily, he was ready to help at any time and made us feel taken care of. When we go back, we will definitely request Wilbur again. Yes, he's that good! Overall, it was a perfect vacation.

William and Juliano were excellent help with our wine selections for dinner. Anna at the pool bar was so friendly and helpful. Our butler, Francisco, made our stay very enjoyable and took care of every request. All staff very pleasant and the property is gorgeous! This was our first visit and we are planning to come back again next year.

The property is beautiful, the drinks are good, the staff is friendly, beds are comfy and there are plenty of cabanas for everyone. The food is only so so, and the vendors can be relentless on the beach, otherwise is was a great experience. Also, book monkey land as an expedition! So much fun!

Room and beds were spacious and comfortable. Restaurant choices were plentiful and food was very good. However, 2 of the restaurants required men to wear long pants and closed shoes which is off putting for a tropical resort. Service all over the resort was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return.

Majestic Mirage resort hospitality is awesome! My husband and I decided to go for my husband bday. Everyone is super nice and makes you feel welcome, like you are family. Their staff are always making sure you are happy and comfortable. Dario and Altagracia are the best! Yeah baby!! :-) also our Butler always make sure we are doing good everyday and reserve our reservations the same day we arrived. The food is delicious and you have a lot of options (Gluten free and vegetarian options). The coffee shop was another favorite spot of ours to go every morning. The resort is safe and very clean. They also have a pharmacy incase you need anything. Which it was very convenient for me and reasonable prices. I’m already planning a family trip for next year! :-)

We just spent our 10th visit to Majestic and they never let us down. The staff is amazing. Junior our butler is one of the main reasons we keep returning. The man has the biggest heart and always looking to make your stay better. The food is great never an issue. Will be returning next year.

Our stay at Majestic Mirage was a Paradise Vacation. Everything was perfect. Staff were very welcoming. Room had many amenities and very immaculate. All the restaurants had delicious food. Many food options too. The resort grounds were well keep. Many pools to choose from. The beach had many lounge chairs and beds with canopy. In the evening there was entertainment nightly. All bartenders were very happy to make you your favorite drinks. There was also a Rum Tasting at the lobby bar giving by Yeral the mixology. Very interesting to learn about the Rums of the island. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Excellent all inclusive. Food was very good with numerous options, rooms were nice, beautiful beaches and pools. Top notch bars and bartenders. Charley at the beach bar, Raffie at the tiki bar phenomenal bar tenders Juan pool comceirgen and Martha so nice and helpfu. Isidro De La Cruz our butler was wonderful and extremely helpful. Definitely plan to stay here again

Overall we enjoyed the stay there. The only downside was that the room AC had a musty, mildew smell that made our room not smell that great. The AC was also not controllable to a point were it would continue to pump out cold air despite turning the thermostat temperature up. We ended up having to turn off the AC and turn it on again throughout the trip to make things comfortable for us. We informed maintenance and they came to inspect he problem, but did not seem to do anything that fixed it.
