Fantastic hotel, staff wonderful . Location perfect & accessible.

Fantastic hotel. Very good location minutes from Charles bridge on the not tacky side. Staff couldn't do enough to help. The room was amazing. We had free wifi, an Apple TV with lots of movies and a very good selection of music. There was also an iPad available to browse the Internet.

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels i have personally stayed in. The staff went above and beyond with everything. Prior to my arrival they help me organise trips arrange meals as special surprises for my partners visit. on arrival staff could not do enough for you. They even left there work stations to give us a quick tour of the unique monks brewery cave like converted to a bar at the bottom of the hotel. We've just returned from our first trip to Prague and first stay at this wonderful hotel and can't praise it highly enough! Nestled in the walls of the castle, the Golden Well is full of charm and character and only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge in one direction and 10 minutes from the castle gates in the other direction. Outstandingly warm welcome. Friendly staff took time to listen to our questions and give us helpful advice. Quiet location within easy walking distance of Prague Castle, Loreta and Petrin Tower . Tram 22 from the nearby square, runs near the Charles Bridge and takes you over the river (seemed to run every few minutes and was extremely cheap!).

Lovely location, super rooms and great staff. Had a wonderful two day break with the kids and would fully recommend everything about the accommodation. Didn’t try the breakfast but did try out the family restaurant on the ground floor and that was well worth a visit.

Simply Excellent in every way possible. Exactly what we were looking for with this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Full of charm and art deco character, it felt like stepping back in time to when hotels were grand and oppulent, but with full modern convenience and luxury. Easy check in as they parked my car for me. Polite staff on the desk. Food in the restaurant was a high quality. Room was good. Actually a pleasant temperature too, which is rare!

If this property manages to maintain competitive prices in the market , there is no other like it. Extremely good quality rooms , friendly stuff and the breakfast is ok. We will for sure return if the prices continue to be the same.

Brilliant hotel . Within walking distance from old town . 10 mins walk to Charles Bridge and 10 min walk to castle. 5 min to tram station. Good clean hotel , brilliant staff. Spa is great too. Will definitely come back and will be recommending to family.

Wonderful stay. Only a few minutes stroll from Charles Bridge and also opposite a tram stop for easy transportation across the city. The apartment itself is great. Super clean. Super friendly staff. The apartment was huge and very comfortable

We travelled to Prague with friends and were both upgraded to a suite. One of the best rooms we have ever been in. The only trouble we had was the room was too warm as the air conditioning wasn't working properly. However they did correct it very quickly.

1920’s brought back to life in this hotel. I expected poirot to walk down the stairs, the decor was just beautiful and the staff were so friendly and looked so smart from reception to the maids in their black and white
