Hotel is wonderful, location is excellent, staff and service perfect.
Every room has great views over the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius, and also down the cliff to the marina grande below.
Rooms are large and airy, with huge windows. All spotlessly clean, and cleaned thoroughly every day.
The hotel is full of a range of high quality decorations and artefacts, many of them from the film industry in the 1960s and earlier.

The simple white interiors reflect the ancient history of this old monastery, now a top quality hotel perched on the side of the cliffs, overlooking Amalfi and the sea. Spectacular views and wonderful service! Regrets that the 'infinity pool' is only open from May to September, note that this is not mentioned on their website.

A small historic hotel in a quiet location with superb views, comfortable and highly individual rooms, attentive staff, good food and many places to relax in tastefully furnished public rooms and within the grounds.

We loved this hotel and were delighted when we saw our room. Although the decor is simple and unfussy, the colours are just gorgeous and little touches make it so pretty. All rooms have balconies looking towards the Bay of Naples with Vesuvius and Ischia the dominant features - and overlooks the harbour of Seiano. The free shuttle taxi makes it really accessible with lifts to Vico Equense - ideal base for touring the Sorrento peninsular and Bay of Naples. Breakfast was good and a comfortable...

Stayed for 1 week in October 2016 on a bed and breakfast basis. Chose hotel for its proximity both to the facilities of Sorrento and the outlook over the Bay of Naples. A 5 - 10 minute level walk leads you to the many bars, restaurants and shops that the town has to offer. It's also close to the bus and Circumvesuviana train stations from which the city of Naples, tours to Mount Vesuvius, the Amalfi coast and the ruins at Pompei and Herculaneum can be easily (and cheaply) accessed. A roof top terrace covered in artificial grass to soak up the sunshine. 30 minute walk to the heart of Naples through the little streets of the historic centre. Staff polite and friendly. Great breakfast terrace. 3rd visit, enough said!
