"Staff were always available and helpful. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage with them after checkout. The establishment itself was high quality and in a very good location -- close to a lot of various public transit stops. The room itself was spacious. Free water in the lobby was useful."

"I was with my partner, on vacation, from Australia. The hotel is very well presented, staff were more than helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy, parking was plentiful and easy. And a very good selection for breakfast the following morning. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely stay again."

"We spent 5 days at Hotel Lucia. Overall our stay was nice. The hotel is downtown and well located, easy to reach by public transportation. Clean room and hotel, friendly staff. The only major complaint is that we paid extra for Continental Breakfast for our stay and I think that people in the lobby had more options for coffee than we did in the deserted breakfast room, with our old cup of Joe and wrapped-up hard bagel. Ramada Inn breakfast is more luxurious... After a poor experience on day 1, we had breakfast elsewhere every day, and on a longer stay this is not ideal. Not sure why breakfast is offered, as I think the hotel experience would be better without it. They do have a nice happy hour in the lobby every day. But I would have preferred breakfast."
