"Great place for a relaxing getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of city life - this is a real working farm and we enjoyed seeing horses, cows and lambs! I'd booked a wheelchair-accessible room and we actually received an entire suite with very easy access and gorgeous views. My only issue was dining room staff took our order for tea / coffee informed us to use self service but we were not made aware in time that we would have to pre order fried/poached eggs , by the time our eggs were served we had almost finished eating our fried food which was by now cold. We had mot looked at menu as we went instead to use the self service . Clear communication would have prevented this occurring."
