"2 night stay in family room. Room clean but bathroom not the cleanest. House keeping not very good. Used coffee cups and they were left dirty. Nice breakfast plenty to choose from. Bar and reception staff very helpful. Central location. Would stay again. "

"Room felt dirty. Sparsely furnished. Booked a superior double was very inferior. The onky good point was the view. Reception staff were not particularly welcoming on arrival. Security of the hotel was extremely lax. The main reception was closed due to refurbishment entry via parking underground garage which anyone could access which meant anyone could access the floors to the bedrooms. Only redeeming featuree were the staff in the breakfast room who were helpful and friendly with a smile. Overpriced and not what one would expect for a Hilton Hotel."
