"Comfortable and clean room in a pleasant hotel just a short walk south of Donegall Sq. Situated in Dublin Rd, it is close of the main bus routes and roads to the city centre Whilst the room was a reasonable size, it doesn't have a table or chair and the bathroom sink is in a corner of the room. However the toilet and shower are in separate amenities. Staff were available at all times to answer any questions and they provided a good service. Wi-fi was pretty good as well"

"Room was clean however missing milk missing iron no shower gel/conditioner/ or body soap there was no face cloth "

"Very nice hotel, clean and good gym. Only thing stopped 5 stars - air con kept going off which meant a hot night. Probably should have just opened the window! Will be back. "

"Room was beautiful , staff at the hotel are outstanding , so friendly, and so helpful , the hotel is situated within walking distance to all the main shops and restaurants in Belfast , would highly recommend the Grand central and we look forward to our next visit."

"The hotel was very nice. The staff were very welcoming and cheerful. Food was great and plentiful. My room was very spacious and clean - the only minor criticism is that the room was cold and took forever to get warm because they have an air conditioning system to regulate the temperature. Apart from that I would definitely stay there again - maybe not in the winter months!"
