Very spacious hotel set in nice grounds. Staff were all great and service very good. Well stocked bar. Room was large, decent shower and bed was very comfortable but the noise of what I assume was a pump of some sort kicking in every few minutes 24hrs a day was really, really irritating and I didn't sleep well for the 3 nights I was there. Food was very average which was very disappointing. Altogether, not a very enjoyable stay sadly

My daughter and I stayed for two nights here and it was a great choice. Breakfasts were great and the bar was well stocked and not overpriced for a hotel. The staff at the bar, dining (the cellar) and reception could not do enough for us during our stay. Our stay made travelling from England to NI for a family funeral easier to deal with. Thank you to all the staff at the Glenavon.

Service was friendly and efficient. Spotless rooms well serviced. Quiet and relaxing. Pool area with sauna stream room and jacuzzi excellent. Good breakfast if it's not there just ask. Despite Bank holiday every request I witnessed was catered for. First time guest and will return

I am a returner to the Glenavon. It is pleasant surroundings , the staff are excellent, and the Christmas decs are exceptional. Water temp adjustment in the shower was a bit of a challenge, and the hair dryer was adequate but not great. Neither were deal breakers, and didnt take away from the excellent service and great surroundings. Thank you for a lovely stay

Not a great view

Second time I have stayed here for work, first time I was in the annex which was great, however this time I was in the main hotel in room 11, the room itself was fine, spacious clean and comfortable, but and it’s a big but could not see out of the windows when I opened it to see, I could see why, there is a huge building with a metal roof that comes right up to the window and covers most of it, there are also two large extraction fans that kick in at 6am sharp !! Horrible droning noise so advice to anyone booking check where you are room wise.
