"The neighborhood I drove through to get to the Hard Rock seemed run down. The hotel and casino however were great. I couldn't rate the breakfast. I didn't have any."

"My stay overall was enjoyable, but my checkout experience was disappointing. A representative told me I was “lucky” to have received my paid late checkout because “they don’t do that for people.” As a Latina guest, this comment felt insensitive and unprofessional. Words matter, and staff should be trained in customer service, sensitivity, and bias awareness. The manager apologized, but no resolution or reassurance was offered. This interaction negatively impacted my overall impression of the hotel."
