"Clean room, did not have a view of the beach. The walls are thin and can hear everything from other rooms. The plumbing could be definitely better and not that we can hear everyone flushing their toilets through the wall. "

"No staff in the pool and my daughter got hurt by others being crazy. Pool was so dirty my kids couldn’t play with their dive toys as they couldn’t see them. All around disappointed. We picked this hotel so my kids could swim."

"Most of the elevators were broke which caused long lines just to get to your room and to check out."

"The room was very, dusty like it had not been clean in months. There was some left over crumbs of crackers or nuts between the bed and side tables. All the mirrors, door to shower were all dirty. I spent the first night wiping the sofa, side tables, mirrors and other surfaces."

"Beach view was okay , stayed for three days phone didn’t work , pool never had any towels , couldn’t get in room room service after 10am,bed not comfortable "
