"This is a very reasonable and nice place to stay for the price. Upon arrival, I was confused about which property I would be staying in, but after opening the doors and reading the signs posted inside, it’s very straightforward. The woman next to me did not have a code for her room and struggled to reach anyone at ~9pm, so, if you’re reading this, make sure you have your code ahead of time. The rooms are small and quaint. "It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself "

"We had a great stay. The only thing we found a little difficult was trying to find the building within the complex as there are so many. Otherwise parking was close by, good selection of shops and places to eat near by. It’s a very quiet area."

Wonderful hotel , perfect for theatre trips.

"Wonderfully sized room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, reasonable amount of complimentary biscuits, coffee and bottled water. Only negative was TV did not work as was missing the aerial cable. And morning staff were a bit abrupt. Ideal location for the theatre."

"This hotel is special. They know they are but it’s still special. You get what you pay for and I recommend this hotel with the very special spa and wonderful staff. I didn’t try the main food in evening but the breakfast was… too good!!! I ate too much!!! The room was spectacular but… let me start from the beginning. The reception is great and the staff were impressive. I am not easily impressed nor am I a moaner, but these guys were great and so easy to talk to. We had questions and they answered them. We asked questions about the area and Olivier was fantastic. She guided me through everything I asked and I think she is very knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. The hotel is a great building and the room blew me away! We had a delicious delux suite… I wanted to stay longer !!! The spa was… just amazing!!! Yes yes I know it costs a few quid…. I don’t care I’m coming back!!! I have one hotel In the country I use regularly and it’s close to mr in the Cotswolds and is amazing… I go away a lot and not once have I found a hotel better…. Until this trip???. You did it you surprised me and your the best hotel I have been to now. Busy this hotel and enjoy the spa. Take tome to just …. Relax !!! I am going again"
