"Hotel location was extremely convenient and walkable. Staff was very friendly. I left my kindle in the room and they mailed it back to me and made the return process very easy. The gentleman that worked at the front desk (I wish I could remember his name - maybe Rolando?) was awesome! So friendly and was very kind to my daughter. Would stay here again. "

Fast and easy check in. Great hotel staff and just all around excellent service. I definitely would come back to this hotel."

"Everything clicked during my stay! The room was clean and spacious. Looked brand new; comfortable bed. My husband loved the location [Starbucks and other casual places nearby}. Felt very safe. Great staff. Minor downside: The bathroom was awkwardly positioned and might have been a former closet. Also, not a fan of having to call to get ice brought to room. "
