Property is quite dated overall. Cabinetry in the room was worn and damaged (door coming unhinged), sparse kitchenware, paint in bathroom not neatly applied, and the bureau was early American and mismatched with other pieces that may be more modern. The showerhead was very nice. Housekeeping was inconsistent, I had to ask for coffee for my room each night, though one day they replenished paper in the bath so I knew they had been there. In contrast, the breakfast menu and service was very good and varied. The person tending the area was conscientious which was appreciated. The front desk team members were always friendly and helpful when I made my requests.

If you find yourself in or near Pleasanton, don't miss out on this hotel—it's truly exceptional. The rooms are incredibly spacious and stocked with everything you need. I only wish I'd stayed longer; instead, I spent most of my time in the somewhat grimy downtown San Francisco. This neighbourhood, on the other hand, is peaceful, pristine, and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and modernized.
