"We stayed 4 nights. The place was very convenient to Broadway and Gutch and other attractions. Everything was within 15 mins walk or less. The staff was great and when we had an issue, they were there to help us very quickly. We enjoyed the stay and would look to stay again if we come back to Nashville in the future. "

Cleaning staff did an amazing job cleaning the room- spilled an entire cup of coffee and went and talked to the cleaning staff and it was taken care of. So sorry about that. "Night/morning lady was exceptionally nice and professional. You need to make her a manager. I notified her of someone smoking weed on my floor. I forget her name, but she was incredibly professional, as were the rest, including the lady handling breakfast, who was extremely courteous."
