"Had a great trip to Mexico, hotel was clean, pools were great. Not all the entertainment was for me but lots of variety for everyone, games, activities, shows and music. My real negative with the Viva Maya was with the staff. Check in was slow 2 desks working, lots of paperwork and questions. Sadly ..."
