"Staff at front desk can be rude. Daily cleaning of room was poor. 1st room assigned to us was facing the rubbish bin collection point so balcony was unusable as it stunk of rubbish and wehn asked for room change staff rolled their eyes. Food choices were poor if you dont like sea food. "

"Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car.
The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing."

"Amazing hotel. Best I’ve ever stayed in. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Pool and pool bar were lovely. The food was amazing, definitely worth getting all inclusive. The room was brilliant and very big. Cleaners came in daily, very kind staff. Would stay again :) "
"Surrounded by the golf course made it quiet and pleasant. It's about a 15 minute walk to the sea front but the walk is pleasant. Also an option for Taxi scooters which hang around by reception.
Hotel itself had plenty to do. The room was incredible, plenty of space, great bed and slept well. Would stay again "
"The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+
The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing.
The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay."
