Loved everything about our stay.
Unfortunately we only stayed one night but would have spent a month here if we could.
We arrived on Halloween and received a trick or treat bag full of goodies and a rum cocktail as a welcome.
The lady who checked us in was excellent. So friendly and helpful. We can't praise her enough.
Our room was very clean, and very tastefully decorated in a beach hut style. We loved it.
We took out the kayaks and paddle boards which was a lot of fun.

Great stay, our second time at the resort. Very chilled atmosphere, attentive staff and a wonderful location. Stayed in the same room as last time #14 which has been updated since last year. Comfortable room with a very efficient if slightly noisy air conditioner. We will be returning again.

We spent 3 fab nights at Cheeca Lodge and we had a great time. Only problem with such a lovely resort is that you don’t want to go and explore the islands (although we did) and to do so means not using the ample facilities enough.
The beach and pier area was beautiful and peaceful, the gym was just about right and the room was ideally sized.
We heard one lady moaning about their TV not working so we checked and ours wasn’t either - so if you want to stay in your room and watch tv…!!

The resort, staff and facilities are excellent. The location in Islamorada is great either for a few days in the keys or as a stopping point to or from Key West. We didn’t get time to use all of the facilities but there are restaurants on site, kayaks, pools, a lively beach and breakfast so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.

A stunning resort inspired by the charm of the “Old Keys.” The manager at reception was exceptionally friendly, and breakfast is conveniently included in the room rate. The property has so much to offer that it’s best enjoyed with a stay longer than just one or two days. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

What a fantastic time we had at The Islands of Islamorada. The resort is maintained to the highest standards while having a laid back, traditional Keys vibe. Staff stay in background but are always there to help and assist if needed. Can't recommend highly enough - although in truth I'd rather not too many people get to know about the Islands, just in case it gets too busy to book!

We originally booked Kona Kai for one night but we loved it so much we stayed for three nights. Kathryn and Zee, the office staff, were both a pure delight and very helpful. The room we had was like a small apartment and very well equipped. Nice private beach with kayaks, paddle boards and iguanas provided. There is a fairly decent restaurant across the road but it would be great if Kona Kai had a restaurant or bar too. We would definitely stay here again.

Chris and the team were extremely helpful and accommodating. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but the amenities more than made up for it. If ever back in the Keys, would definitely book again.

The hotel is expensive enough anyway without hidden extras
Stealth tax what they’ve now labelled resort $50 a night tax plus $25 per night car parking
Shame because it has a lovely vibe about the place

Nice, cool lodge, but the beautiful location on Florida Bay is the real prize here. Why go out when youve got this view on your doorstep? Best seats in the house!!

When we arrived the check in was very friendly. We stayed in the Hideaway, a little place tucked away. It was a lovely little room. All accommodations are close to the private beach where there were a few sun loungers to watch the sunset and free paddle boards and kayaks. The decorative animals scattered around the place just add to its quirkiness.
