"Miss Chelsea at the front desk is amazing. When I approached she was assisting another customer who repeatedly asked for a "universal remote," changing up some of the wording but essentially asking the same question four different ways while I observed. Miss Chelsea was kind, attempted to clarify what the guest needed, and genuinely did her best to assist. Miss Chelsea then transitioned to assisting me with check-in seamlessly and with the utmost professionalism. She was enjoyable to chat with while we went through the steps, provided useful information and actually had me laughing.. 10/10 would recommend "
