"Entire property and room was very clean, staff extremely friendly and professional, every member was pleasant to interact with. Kitchen staff and cleaning crew also nice and friendly. Water pressure at the faucet and shower was great! Room had all the necessary amenities including fridge and microwave. Air conditioning and complimentary breakfast were also good, with the added bonus of proximity to Universal Studios. My family enjoyed the stay and we have no complaints. Would definitely comeback again, and also recommend to our friends and family!"

"I enjoyed my stay. Staff was nice and it's a nice hotel. It would had been nice if there were more options to eat near by the hotel or if the hotel had a restaurant. The only thing I can say that was negative was the was a fairly big stain on my sheets by the head of the bed. We got in after midnight on the first night so I did not inspect the sheets until the next morning and there was also a stain on a pillow. The stains on the sheets and pillow are the only reason for 4 stars and not 5"
