"I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Location - very accessible, short walking distance to Universal Studios shuttle terminal. Room - very spacious and clean. Lobby - modern decoration, spacious and cozy. Staff - superb, very friendly and professional. Two people I want to say thank you - First the bartender (sorry I forgot the name) He made sure my cocktails taste perfect. Second, the guy at the recpetion on night duty of Dec 20. We already checked out in the morning but left luggage to be collected at night before we head to our amtrack trip. This trip got delayed for 2 hours! It was 12 midnight and we asked if we can stay while we wait for our departure time. He was the kindest, most accommodating person, he let us stay in the lobby and made sure we were comfortable.
