"Didn't even make it to check in. Drove around for 30 mins to find parking. Then after arriving to the hotel, all the doors were locked and the call box was not working. Waited for about 5 mins and had to call someone to let us in. The front desk reception had been sitting maybe 50ft from the door the entire time we were waiting. Later called to get a refund and never made contact with the manager. "

"The hotel restaurant was wonderful. Sitting right in the corner with views of the marina and sight of the Golden Gate bridge was idyllic. The food was delicious and the wait staff were so professional. The park next to the hotel was perfect for walking around and seeing the beautiful views. The hotel is older and dated but the surrounding area was well worth. It was just a short uber drive to San Francisco sites."

"We really liked staying at Hotel Caza - the property was very clean and modern. The pool area was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and the location was great for being close to Fisherman's Wharf. We would definitely stay here again."
