"Easy Check in, Staff was very helpful answering my questions. Room was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel location is perfect, really close to Union square, lots a places to eat. Parking your car there over night for $71 is a bit too much, luckily we didn't have a car to park. Overall we'll stay here again anytime"

"This property was lovely and comfortable and very central. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Rishi on the front desk who went out of her way to help us sort out an issue with our flight check in which was a huge help. We felt very secure and comfortable and would very much recommend this hotel."

"I had my luggage in storage and when I came back to retrieve them, the lady at the desk didn’t want to help me because she was preoccupied making a reservation to other guests. My driver was outside waiting for me. It would have taken only two seconds for her to give my luggage back. I wasn’t asking for a lot. She could have stopped what she was doing and given my luggage, it really wasn’t that hard."

"It is a little surprising not being able to just enter the facility do to doors being locked for security….homeless near by…once you have your room card, very easy to walk in and out of hotel, rooms are small but very equipped with everything you need, very clean, very nice staff, plus they let us leave our luggage after check out to enjoy a couple hours extra"
