Nice stay

We had a great experience in this hotel. Staff was so friendly and they knew what they were doing. But be carful when you about to reserve and precise what room would you like to have. When I was booking I thought we will get on ground floor with a direct access to swimming pool as we are going to travel with 2,5 years old baby but when we get there we have been told that we are on the 2nd floor. Otherwise we had amazing time.

Отель расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы от пляжа Ката. Сам отель новый, номера отличные. Все работает. В номере есть все, для того, чтобы приготовить себе еду. Персонал отзывчивый, отзывается на любую просьбу. Так как отель расположен не на центральной улице, ночью спать тихо и комфортно. Рядом хорошие кафе, где можно покушать, особенно рекомендую семейное рыбное кафе слева от отеля (недорого и вкусно). Рекомендую отель по всем параметрам.

Muy mala experiencia. Nos cobraron de más, trato de mala gana y sin respeto. Cobraron cosas que no consumimos sin tener ellos prueba de haberlo hecho. Nos dijeron que robamos toallas cuando no fue así.

NO SE QUEDEN AQUÍ. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA

Horrible experiencia. No hay buen servicio. Nos cobraron dos batas que nunca estuvieron en la habitación (y a un precio elevado) con tal de salir rápido porque un tour nos esperaba las tuvimos que pagar. Una semana después recibimos un mail con una disculpa que efectivamente las batas no habían sido puestas por la camarera en la habitación pero ya habíamos pagado y recibido un mal trato de su parte (nos gritaron, hicieron perder nuestro tiempo) también nos cobraron cosas del mini bar que nunca agarramos. Muy mala experiencia

Not great value for money.

Overall overpriced for what it is, but clean and in a good area. Staff not necessarily very competent. Wifi not great as it only worked in one corner of the room. The breakfast was average (although delivered to the room, which is nice). They tried to charge us for a small stain on the bedsheets.

Very nice property, great location, restaurants over the road, swimming pool :) Ticked all the boxes for me. Would be happy to stay again. I stayed 14 nights this time. Very helpful staff, room as cleaned everyday. Can not fault service or accommodation. We were very happy.

новый, хороший отель, до моря пешком не далеко

отличные апартаменты, номер большой, с балкончиком, все необходимое для жизни есть, отель новый , фото соответсвует действительности, до моря 10 мин пешком по дороге, рядом ресторанчики, кафе, аптеки. Советую ресторан с табличкой "seafood", налево от отеля, 2-3 мин пешком, там всегда свежая вкусная рыба и креветки, хорошо готовят на гриле и намного дешевле, чем на центральной улице каты. В ресторане всегда много народа , работают они с 5 вечера, выходной воскресенье. Уборка! Если хотите, чтобы в номере убирались, то вешайте спецальную табличку на ручку двери, иначе не будут убирать и менять полотенца. Персонал очень вежливый, всегда готов помочь. Пляжные полотенца спрашивайте на ресепшене, мы не знали и в первый день купили циновки. Слышимость в номерах хорошая, но это везде в отелях. у нас было тихо, шумных компаний и соседей не было. В одном корпусе 4 номера, первый этаж с бассейном общий на весь корпус, второй и третий этажи - по два смежных номера. Корпуса все далеко от дороги, поэтому тихо. Вай фай есть, но слабый сигнал, временами не работал. трансфер с аэропорта брали от отеля 800 батт, обратно 1000 батт.

Great hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well. The room was clean and modern. The couch in the sitting area was very comfy and a nice added touch. The pillows on the bed were a bit flat and could be improved. The hotel was within walking distance to the beach. We requested a late check out and the staff were very accommodating. The only issue we had was that our cab driver had a hard time finding the hotel because it is new and the sign is not easily visible from the road. Overall we would stay at this hotel again!

Новый отель, дальний корпус еще доделывают (туда пока не заселяют). Хороший WiFi. На мини-кухне есть плитка, микроволновка, чайник, маленький холодильник. До моря минут 15 медленным шагом. Рядом пара макашниц, магазин, лавка с дешевыми фруктами.

Ok apparent, indifferent staff

New built aparments, let out as rooms. Good if you can’t book a hotel you wanted, as was in our case, but still want to be in the same area. Not so good if you want any help. Reception is adhoc, staff, like majority locals in the town, are fed up with tourists and are there literally to funnel you through and make some cash. We had a basic taxi booked to the airport, and when I politely enquirer why it’s 1000bhat, and not what I heard the ‘receptionist’ agree on the phone (800 which is pretty much normal rate), she told me to go and get a taxi somewhere else if I didn’t like the rate (basically in no uncertain way told me to ‘eff off’)... also, it sounds like whinning, but the beds are probably the hardest I tried sleeping on in my entire life. Yes beds are hard in south east Asia, but they went the extra mile.
