I live in Richmond and my mother came into town for my daughter’s high school graduation so it ended up being a staycation for me. From the warm welcome at check-in, to the generously sized room to the amazing customer service, we loved every minute of the three days we spent at the beautiful property. The concierge, Joseph, was so genuinely kind and made sure that my daughter made it to graduation in style. However, on the site upon booking; I’m not sure if I remember reading that:@ the Hotel there is a prerequisite, where the hotel/management patrons are required to leave their credit cards credentials will be on hold for 10 business days after determining the validity/ non smoking etc and no damages to the premises.."
