"Right outside of the Rialto Bridge. Location was excellent. Saw mouse droppings in an open suitcase when we returned to the room one night but overall the room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was better than a lot of other places we had stayed. Loved using an actual key instead of a keyboard. Building was a little dated but wasnt an issue."

"Amazing stay and would highly recommend if you want an easy and peaceful stay in Venice. The hotel is 3 mins away from the ferry busses which connect you to the main parts of Venice. Staff are very nice and have great recommendations as well. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. I would recommend a stay here."

"The hotel was very clean and they offered a variety of food for breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The staff is friendly but we would have appreciated additional information since this was our first trip to Venice. The hotel is walking distance to the vaporetto but about a 30 minute ride to Venice center. If you get motion sickness, you might want to be prepared with medicine in advance or stay in Venice center. It’s reasonably priced because it’s not in the Venice center. If you like to walk out of your hotel and have everything right there for you, this is probably not the hotel for you."

"Very central location which is great for walking to key sights, though it can be very busy! Also means it can be quite loud outside at night. Hotel was clean and staff were great. Nice little bar to the side that’s part of the hotel. Continental breakfast was just enough every morning. Room decor was beautiful."

"Our room was broken and in poor condition overall. Shower head arm & toilet seat were broken and not fixed until the next day. Same for the safe as well. The carpet had been cut out in pieces and new pieces glued down. The closet door was off the track and resting against the side of the closet up against the wall. Where the wall meets the ceiling has been painted over the wallpaper to try and cover what appears to be mold. The AC temperature is limited, doesn’t go below 22.2*. There is a hole in the wall at the bathroom door frame as well. The staff at check in was unfriendly and not helpful to have the items in the room fixed. Apparently he is the sole worker in the hotel @ 5pm onwards. We asked to have the room changed, early check out with a refund or partial refund and every option/suggestion was declined. The maintenance staff were friendly and tried to assist where possible. The breakfast was different from what we are accustomed to - cold ham or salami with cheese on a dinner roll or croissant. There was jam, honey or Nutella available for the croissant as well. Lots of people were complaining about the coffee. The juice was good! We didn’t try the corn flakes. I would never stay here again and can’t recommend this hotel. There are too many other options available."
