"Floors were dirty full of dust and bathrooms were in bad condition. Pool was cold not heated. During the week they don’t turn on the hot tub not sure why. "

"The woman at checkin was barely audible and refused to speak louder. The balcony door wouldn't open and it took 2 asks and 2 days for someone to come fix it. After using the toilet on Day 2, I discovered there was no water so I could not flush or wash my hands. It seems like I was the first person to flag this. I asked for someone to come check the tap and the toilet. No one did. When I returned a few hours later, the 'solids' had settled and the toilet wasn't flushing them away. I called to get help and was told there was no plumber available but they had a plunger at the front desk if I wanted to come and get it myself. Needless to say, I will actively discouraging people from staying here."

"place needs a complete renovation looks like its 50 years old the breakfast they charge 6.50 for eggs i thought breakfast was included! And the resort fee they probably pocket was surprised i was paid in full brrr nice location that is it"

"1)There was absolutely no parking. We had to park down the street and pay $50 for one night, got lucky night 2 and 3 with road parking, last night another $50. 2) The room was dirty and we had toilet issues that made the room smell so bad. Someone came in and poured something in the toilet. It helped the smell for 1 day and it was back. 3) Nobody came in to clean or even empty the trash. We asked for the sheets to be changed. Came back from the day and it still wasn’t changed. We went to the front desk and they said someone would be up. When they came up they handed the sheets to us to do. 4) The pool in the picture online looks big. It is the smallest pool I have ever seen at a Hotel. Overall: Website it very deceiving to say the least. We will never return to this dirty place. Note to oneself: Don’t ever go through Expedia again!!!!"

"The hotel is run down. My room was super smelly and musty. I reached out to the management and it was not addressed unfortunately. The only good thing about the hotel is the restaurant and close proximity to the beach. Cleaning wasn’t done properly. I’ve found lollipop on my bed sheets and a used vision lenses on the floor, which was gross.. Basically you’re paying the price.. If you want a decent stay, book somewhere else in the area."
