"Our stay at the Hampton Inn Miami exceeded expectations, especially traveling with two young kids. We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff was incredibly accommodating with an early check-in, which made a huge difference for our family. Their friendliness and understanding really stood out from the moment we walked in. The room was clean, well-maintained, and a comfortable size for all of us. It felt like a great balance between practicality and comfort, which is exactly what you want when traveling with children. Another big plus is the location — having places like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Walgreens just steps away made everything so convenient, whether it was grabbing a quick meal or picking up essentials. Checkout was also extremely quick and hassle-free, which is always appreciated when you’re traveling with kids and trying to stay on schedule. Overall, a very pleasant, stress-free stay. We’d definitely come back."

"Got a room with a great view that overlooked the ocean and pool. Hotel is a bit outdated and could use renovation. The staff was great and friendly. The room was okay, carpet and tiles in the bathroom were dirty. Housekeeping was not so great, only got service two days out of the five days we were there. I went to the lobby to get ammonites and to tell them that service was not provided but the next day there was no service by noon so I called in to the front desk. Overall, the pool and ocean view are the big plusses of our stay."

"Stayed in the Tresor Tower. Long lines & waits for the elevators. "

"Room was on the 5th floor. However, the elevator was not working. Also, next door they are doing construction, which started at 7am. "

"There's no water bottles or breakfast served at hotel. there is one coffee machine in the lobby and that's it. rooms are not in very good shape, ceiling in bathroom is peeling off and other items in the bathroom are barley hanging on the wall. Cleaning staff is loud and you can hear their conversations in the hallways through out the day and early morning. Noise isolation in the room is poor."
