"Impressive grand lobby but spacious rooms don't match in quality with a musty smell and lack of modern design. Not 5 star based on stained sheets, cheaper rough bath towels, and inability to reach front desk from room phone or mobile. Breakfast mediocre with some dirty plates/glasses, tables not properly cleaned with disinfectant, and buffet not refreshed regularly. The pool is dirty due to pigeons. Seems like a 3 star experience which doesn't fit the expectations of Hilton. I would stay at Grand Hyatt nearby for the 5 star feel. "

The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. "
