"Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. "This property is in a good location because it is close to nice spots like Palo Alto. It is next to some industrial complexes though so don’t expect beauty around you. It feels like you are staying in a nice college apartment, but don’t expect luxury. It’s clean, but simple. The gym was nice and it is a good spot for a family. Good landing spot if you plan on touring the area. "

"Literally one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I do not recommend this location at all. There is no one on site to assist if an issue arises and when trying to contact the staff when I encountered issues I either did not receive a response at all or when I did on a few occasions it was incredibly delayed. When I arrived at the location in the evening I found that there was discarded broken furniture and a broken scooter on the lawn in the front of the building. The building was worn down...
