Arrived earlier than expected and called to inquire about checking in early. I was met with a warm “sure, you can check in right now if you want” - no extra fee or issues. Staff were friendly, helpful, and showed sincere interest in making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Room was clean and well-kept. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I always love staying at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and have every amenity necessary. The location in Central Mountain View cannot be beat. The very best part is that this is a family run establishment and you will feel a sense of caring and warmth from the staff throughout your stay. It is a special place.

Only stayed for one night but it was excellent. Complimentary room upgrade caught us off guard, and the breakfast was amazing. Staff was very welcoming, attentive, and gave our toddler so much attention (he loves it). Will be back, highly recommended!

Enjoyable stay

This is a great place to stay for business or personal vacation. Close to downtown MV. The rooms are equipped with the top amenities and the breakfast is bountiful. My wife and I stayed a night at Hotel Strata after a concert at The Shoreline Amphitheater. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room was very nice with lots of amenities, and the breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the South Bay Area.
