Since the moment we entered we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist, the cleaners were great too and the staff in charge of breakfast was also helpful and efficient. This hotel is a good location in Mountain View. A lot of shopping and eating options. Front lobby is nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Street noise was not great but other than than it is a nice place to stay
