"The overall was good, but I believe the hotel requirements renovation, especially the rooms carpets. Also the guests should be inducted upon check-in on the hotels amenities and what is included during the stay ! We stayed 2 nights and we were lost on what should we do with our 2 kids."

"This was a lovely hotel on the palm. Most staff are very attentive. Rooms exceptionally cleaned regularly. Service in the bar was hit or miss. We managed to have a room right next to the 24/7 construction site. But tbh it was white noise. Imagine some people would not be happy."
