Hotel staff they very helpful and very polite breakfast is good Hygiene and cleanliness are very impressive Hotel is located near busy areas with shops and boat rides Best thing is that when we checked in we had big surprise for my sons birthday cake in our hotel room which makes our stayed very cool and very impressive staff on reception are very very good Fast check in/out Overall experience are wonderful Recommend this hotel and look forward to book again in future Thank you so much 10 out of 10

The hotel itself is a beautiful looking building, the beach is lovely with plenty of sun beds leading to the beach. The pool itself is nice but a bit small for the size of the hotel, so is the actual terrace area too, especially when the hotel is busy. Our actual bedroom was very nice with a huge king sized bed which was very comfortable. Our bathroom was a great size and nice to initially look at but could do with renovating as some areas were a little tired looking. All the staff from car valeting to waiting staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet food was very good and a good selection, just could have done with more options for children. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay.
