"Beautiful place to stay with lovely staff!"

"Upon arrival there was a 2 hour delay from when we could check in to when we got our room. We ended up getting a room which was already occupied and had to be re roomed twice. Receptionists Khalid and Wafae were rude and unhelpful. They offered no apology and said speak to the manager. I could not get hold of the manager for the duration of my stay. The resst of the facilities were good. Food was average but plenty. The pools were good."

"The property is 20mins out of Marrakech surrounded by building sites that’ll be finished in about 6years. The food is shocking no real authenticity and poor quality ... restraint service (paid for) only chance of decent meal The staff are a mixture half obnoxious furniture pieces the other lovely clear management issues hard to find any information when your there. Had a member of staff proposition my girlfriend. Alcohol water down and little to no real choice on all inclusive massive list of...

"Tres beau cadre. Rien a dire sur la beauté de la piscine et du jardin. Pas de réceptionniste à notre arrivée. Veilleur de nuit qui ne sait pas où est notre chambre. Personne pour avoir des renseignements, (taxi, petit déjeuner..). Tres bel hôtel mais laissé un peu à l abandon. Spa fermé, salle de sport très mauvais état.."
