We had a wonderful stay. The riad is the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in, decorated with such care and stunning handmade fixtures and fittings the team look after you very well and were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend the massage - one of the best we have had. A really unique and special place to stay. We would love to come back.

Lovely friendly team of staff who always had a ready smile and helped us with transfers, suggestions, local guide and were a pleasure to deal with. Rooms great. Breakfast fresh and varied and lovely on the roof. All in all a great stay!

We could not have asked for a better stay stay. The riad is gorgeous, and the staff there are incredibly kind. From the initial greeting by the manager throughout our entire stay, they did a great job making us feel at home. We look forward to a return visit and to staying at the Riad Hikaya again.

The rooms were wonderful. I only had 1 night there and came back a few days later. The staff is amazing, so courteous and super helpful. Their breakfast was also amazing! We felt like royalty! I absolutely recommend.

Excellent hospitality and service. Beautifully decorated riad. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared by the staff. Highly recommend staying here. It’s walkable to Saadian Tombs and shops are nearby.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic we felt as if we were at home. Every evening my wife would say "see you later" as if talking to our kids Shout out to Nada for all her great sights ,cafes & restaurant recommendations along with the history of the Riad Abdul & Outman for their cheery dispositions & helpfulness Finally Bahija,Hanam & Kamilia for fantastic food & service. We loved the Riad

We absolutely adored the Riad—a genuine Moroccan delight. The staff's kindness, available 24/7, made us feel at home, and we'll genuinely miss them. The delightful food and the Riad's ideal location, close to tourist attractions yet peaceful, offered the best of both worlds. Next time we will do sure stay in the Riad.

The Riad and the staff at Hikaya were wonderful. The space is an oasis of calm in a bustling city. Beautifully decorated and serene, with a lovely roof terrace to enjoy the Moroccan sun. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful (so many pastries) and had variety everyday. The staff were a perfect balance of always being available but also left you to enjoy the peace! Nada and Wadia and all the staff were super welcoming and we would return in a heartbeat x

The staff of this property, Wadia, Nada and Abdul are the nicest people, our stay at this Place was excellent! Superb customer service and very clean facility!! A few mins walk from the square. I will definitely be back in Marrakech and will definitely stay at the Riad Hikiya!!! A 10/10 for sure!

The ONLY place to stay

From the moment we entered the riad it was warm and inviting. Not sure I’ve ever experienced anything like this (in a good way). Each room was creatively decorated and unique. Breakfast was delicious each and every morning.Nada, Abdul and the entire staff felt like family by the time we left. If I could give a better rating than 10 out of 10 I would. Close to everything yet far enough away from the soul…easy walk. Hope to return some day.

My husband and I stayed the Riad Hikaya for our honeymoon and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was delicious and elaborate! We had dinner twice at the Riad and it was absolutely delicious. When it comes to the service - it was seriously amazing! The staff were so thoughtful, personable and kind. The rooms were very clean, and the Riad itself was very well kept. We highly recommend this Riad for those traveling to Morocco. You will be enraptured by the decor and ambience of this Riad!

Can’t say enough about this beautiful Riad. Most importantly, the wonderful staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms are beautifully decorated, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the rooftop, they arranged tours and taxis when we needed them. It’s one of the few Riads in the Casbah that a car can pull right up to so you don’t have to get out and navigate the small alleys.

Stayed for a week and was well looked after by all the staff, who were attentive and helpful on the area and arranged transportation for us on arrival and departure. While a little distance away from the Souk, 15 min walk, it’s not too far but offers a peaceful stay. Plenty of food places around the area and taxi nearby. Bus stop 5 min walk. Lovely sweet breakfast, often more food than we could eat. Pool takes the edge off the heat. And the terrace looks over the south of the city towards the Atlas Mountains, which are visible on a clear day.

A truly fantastic experience.

What a beautiful place to stay. We were welcomed by the manager and given some very useful information. Room was full of character and very comfortable. Breakfast was home made and very enjoyable. All staff were extremely polite and friendly and always looking to help. I will be telling all my friends to stay here. A truly fantastic experience all round.

Welcomed by the manager and staff. Spoiled by them with a beautiful Riad, patio, pool and homemade breakfast. Got the best tips and support to arrange fair transportations and even delivery of legit argan oil to our Riad. Really felt at home, safe and escaped from the noise. The hospitality and sevice is unmatched, you really feel as a guest but at the same time part of the Riad’s family

Wonderful

The most beautiful stay. The hosts made us feel incredibly welcome and were so attentive to our every need. We really felt so at home. The riad itself is stunning, the detail and design is breathtaking and completely clean. Our room was tidied and refreshed daily. The breakfast was amazing and massive! Loved trying lots of different traditional bits. For the last day, I wasn’t very well so breakfast was brought to my room at around 3pm! Would recommend to anyone.
