A beautiful Victorian house in St. Augustine’s historic district. We stayed in the Juli room, which is filled with American country antiques and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The location is perfect to explore St Augustine's attractions, bars and restaurants, all on foot. Marilyn, Anthony & the staff were the perfect hosts and the breakfasts were exceptional, I would return just for the Croissant French Toast with Bacon.

The best location in St. Augustine is on the waterfront. You can walk around the centre of the city from the hotel. We saw dolphins in the river from our nice balcony. The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned daily. Staff were polite and courteous and sorted out any concerns. Parking is pricey at $40 a day.

Very well organised, nothing too much trouble to the really helpful staff who were also very keen to get to know you and make your stay as good as possible. Breakfasts very varied each day, but all superbly cooked. A beautiful building recently taken over by a very willing and enthusiastic team. A real gem! Highly recommended.
