"Excellent location! Love the convenience and room size. The staff was not very welcoming. Not even a “hello” or “I’ll be with you shortly”. They made eye contact but oddly didn’t say a word and this was my experience throughout the entire stay. We came down for breakfast at 9:10, ask for waffle mix because it was empty and was told “Well, we close at 9:30 today.” That really took the cake for me. On the brighter side, the bed was very comfortable! "

"I am very unhappy with my stay at Tideline, because they have too much hidden charges, which wasn’t explained when checking in and I had to pay extra plus deposit that should return to me after checking out that I haven’t received one week now. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"I recently stayed at Studio 6 Extended Stay and had a very disappointing experience. The property is extremely worn down and not clean. My room was dirty upon arrival, with unclean cabinets and even a roach in the bathroom. Several advertised amenities were missing or didn’t work; no coffee maker or toaster, and the microwave was broken and never fixed, forcing me to buy my own for my 5-night stay. There was also no silverware or plates, which is unusual for an extended stay. The main ceiling light was also not functional. The shower was poorly designed, with the curtain cutting the space in half, and the water pressure was very weak. The bed was also uncomfortable. Basic operations were frustrating; my room key stopped working every night, so I had to go to the front desk daily to reprogram it. To get fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the lobby instead of having them delivered. The lobby consistently smelled like marijuana, and the parking lot had broken-down cars sitting long-term. There were also late-night disturbances with people arguing, fighting and slamming doors. Overall, this property needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. I would not stay here again."

"The room was clean and well-maintained. Some of the staff members were very courteous and helpful, while others came across as less accommodating. The kitchen was a positive feature; however, additional charges applied for renting coffee makers or kitchenware, which led us to purchase our own paper plates and plastic utensils for the week. Considering the rate paid, I believe more amenities should have been included. We primarily used the accommodation as a place to sleep, and given the price, alternatives with additional features such as a pool or other amenities might have been more suitable. The location was convenient and close to all necessary destinations. I would consider returning, but I would opt for a more affordable room, as the current offering mainly serves as a sleeping space without additional amenities. "
