"The staff is amazing kind gracious and so helpful. From the limo service to the front desk and cleaning staff all are amazing individuals who make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is spotless the food excellent. What turned out to be a horrible day with my flights cancelled and no where to go they let me come at 7:30 am sent the van to the airport to pick me up all went above and beyond. I will never forget your kindness !"

"Tanaya was FANTASTIC! She is someone special and helped my husband and I make 3:30am transportation arrangements and helped me with my boarding passes (we're sr. citizens lost in the technology world we live in). Tanaya took all of the stress out of our traveling, who says that in 2025???but she honestly did. Courtyard Marriott in West Palm Beach has a wonderful employee there, l want EVERYONE WHO MANAGES THIS MARRIOTT to know about her, and takes care of her as they should, she is a valuable asset to your corporation."

"I like this hotel a lot. The pool is great, the location is pretty great, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. One weird thing: instead of a blanket, the beds are made with a fitted sheet and two flat sheets, the latter two with a mattress protector between them, the two flat sheets and the mattress protector together functioning as a blanket. I just can't begin to imagine who came up with this idea or why. I asked for a blanket and received something that I would have sworn was a towel but for its size. I mean, weird. But I will stay here next time I go to West Palm; though weird, the bed is very comfortable."
