"Excellent location! Love the convenience and room size. The staff was not very welcoming. Not even a “hello” or “I’ll be with you shortly”. They made eye contact but oddly didn’t say a word and this was my experience throughout the entire stay. We came down for breakfast at 9:10, ask for waffle mix because it was empty and was told “Well, we close at 9:30 today.” That really took the cake for me. On the brighter side, the bed was very comfortable! "

"Staff was the best part of our stay very friendly.. and accommodating. The bathroom was subpar. The mold in the shower was disappointing for sure. Plus there was no conditioner in the shower, it was empty. Young adults running up and down the hallways at 3am and the halls smelled like weed the whole time we were there. It was a shame really because we are marriott bonvoy members and marriott vacation club members. We didn't complain because we were staying for 12 hours. "

Also, that main lobby courtyard being closed really created a tight dark lobby that was not what we expected for a breakers experience at that price. The food was pretty good, the rooms were just fine, we would stay at The Four Seasons in the future."
